Return/Refund Policy

– We have a fourteen-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. – To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number). – Your item goes through quality inspection after it’s handed to us. If it meets the conditions above, we proceed with the refund process through bank transfer or Instapay. – To start a return, contact us via our various channels

Exchange Policy

– We have a fourteen-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.

– To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

– To start an exchange, contact us via our various channels 

Notes:

  • Customer is responsible for paying return/exchange shipping fees.
  • We accept only exchanges on discounted items, we don’t accept returns.
